I have the invoice payment method selected in the WooCommerce settings, but when I go to the checkout, I do not see the option according to my settings. My main goal is to send an invoice or a quote to a customer. Therefore, what I am attempting to do is utilize a sales agent to log in to the customer's account, place an order, and at checkout, select the invoice payment method. This way, the customer will receive an invoice via email. Is there an easier way to accomplish this using SalesKing and B2BKing or any other plugins

Please try going to B2BKing -> Groups and for each group / b2c, check if the method is enabled for that group. That would explain the issue if it's disabled here:

Another option I want to mention is that SalesKing agents can use the "pending payment" method - this method sends an email to the customer with a "pay now" link (I think you can also have a PDF invoice attached to it through the above plugin).

Hi Alexander,

Is your goal the invoice itself? If so, you would want to install a PDF invoices plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/ - this plugin can attach a PDF invoice to any order email, regardless of the payment method used.
Another option I want to mention is that SalesKing agents can use the "pending payment" method - this method sends an email to the customer with a "pay now" link (I think you can also have a PDF invoice attached to it through the above plugin).
Let me know your thoughts,
Kind regards,
Stefan
Do they need to be apart of a b2b group to have the invoice option?
can you walk me through how i can send this invoice / quote directly to a customer before they buy from me

No, it can also be available for B2C customers. For that, please just make sure the method is enabled in B2BKing -> Groups -> B2C

Here are some flows that can be used. It could work like this:
(A):
1. The customer places the order paying with the B2BKing Invoice gateway:
2. On the backend you can edit the order, set prices, add a shipping cost, etc:
3. You can set the order to pending payment
You can click here on "save order & send email", choosing "customer invoice / order details":
The customer receives a payment email as follows:
4. The customer can click on "pay for this order" and will be taken to the payment page.
(B)
Another option could be that you create an offer for them (via B2BKing -> Offers), although this is generally a better fit for quote requests.
This way the customer can add the offer to cart and then place a direct order.
Kind regards,
Stefan
