    he invoice payment gateway is not showing for some of my products. For example, I have a mug that I am selling, and I can use the invoice payment gateway. However, I also have a membership that I am selling, but when I go to buy that membership, the invoice gateway is not showing up as an option for payment. How is this possible, and how can I go about fixing something like this? If needed, I can grant you access to the site as an admin to further investigate.

    Hi Alexander,

    I believe this is probably because your membership is a subscription product - and subscription products by default only work with payment methods that are integrated to accept automatic renewal payments.


    I believe you can solve this by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Subscriptions and enabling "Manual Renewal Payments - Accept Manual Renewals":

    Then all methods would show for subscriptions as well,

    the memberships is a membership product its not a subscription product under the product itself im not sure if this will work

    Thank you for clarifying,

    I'm not entirely sure, it's possible that there's a similar mechanism for Memberships but I am not that familiar with that plugin.

    If you can share an admin login to the site (or a staging site), that would be great and I can look into this directly to see why invoices are not showing,
