    Hellou there, when using the Custom Quote request, if a customer places an order for multiple items it combines all items as one at checkout and tallies up a total quantity of 1 with a list of all items as one item. Is there a way to make this show as individual line items as per a standard order? If orders are large this is not suitable as this isn’t clear for both the customer and the seller. This causes a huge problem when integrating with the ERP system. Looking forward to your response. Thank you

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin,


    At the moment, our plugin only has this solution with an offer being a single combined item.


    I understand this can create an integration issue with the ERP. We would like to add a new option here to also have a different mechanism that treats each product individually. 

    Please give us a little time to assess this and see how feasible it is for us to develop a new option here. We would like to try and add this new option in the next few weeks if possible.

    I am not sure how urgent this is for your integration. I am marking this ticket as pending in the meantime, until our team can look into this in more detail,

    We have been working on developing a product-based option for offers. This is almost ready. I am trying to send this to you until the end of this coming week.

    Hi there,

    This has been solved through the following settings in B2BKing -> Settings -> Other:

    When this is enabled, offers use the actual products within the offer:

    In other words, there is the main "offer" product (here named "custom"), but also each actual product. So the order actually contains the respective products within the offer, and should sync correctly with an ERP or other 3rd party tool.


    It might help if you can give us more details about the specific issue you're having.
