The user group information is stored as metadata for each user. It does not contain the group name, but it contains the group ID.
The metakey for each user is: b2bking_customergroup - you can export this key to get the group ID.
For example, here is a screenshot from the database:
This user (user 4), has the customer group 308. You would get 308 in the export.
On my test site, you can see 308 is the group ID of the "B2B Users" group (?post=308):
