Just to make sure this is clear, please note that our plugin requires B2B users to be part of a B2B customer group. On each user's profile page, they should be added to a B2B group here:
(otherwise, the plugin considers them B2C).
If that's already set correctly, it's possible that you're seeing some kind of plugin conflict with another plugin that modifies pricing. This is a relatively common issue, because if there are multiple plugins that affect site pricing, they can interfere with each other.
What I would suggest is to try deactivating all other site plugins to see if that resolves it.
Hopefully some of the above can help solve it. If not, we can also look into this directly on your site if you'd like. For that, is it possible to share a backend login to the site or a staging clone site? That would be the best way we can troubleshoot and get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
If so, please also share an example of a user and product that you are testing which is seeing this issue, so we can test.
I looked into this on your site now and I find that this is a plugin conflict, with the plugin: "Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce". If this plugin is deactivated, the issue seems resolved in my tests.
For example I tested with the 75cl variation of this product:
I see the price correctly both on the product page
and in cart:
Regarding the conflict, unfortunately there is usually not much that can be done, other than deactivating either their plugin, or our plugin's pricing features. Usually such plugins use the same WooCommerce pricing features as we do, so they do not work well together.
I see that you have the following rule in that plugin:
If you'd like, we can set this up (Free shipping above $120) with B2BKing as well through Free Shipping dynamic rules.
Thank you for the great and quick support. Your diagnoses is correct as this is a feature the other collaborator, who is responsible for the website's look and feel, activated.
If you could test teh free shipping feature that would be great.
Please note that the shipping cost is a weight based calculation. Is this that we can setup in B2B king?
I have now set this up on your site: I configured a free shipping method that will only be activated by our rule (as otherwise it has a very high minimum order value).
I have also added a code snippet to your site to hide other methods if free shipping is available.
This would work to give free shipping for any order above $120.
Hi,
I've setup a 13 products. The are all variable products and have 2 variations each.
I can add my B2B pricing to all vairations but when I'm logged in as a B2B customer the pricing used in de cart are the regular prices.
Hav can I resolve this issue.

Stefan;
I have checked with the suggested workaround but cannot see a difference in the price in the cart.
How would you like to proceed to resolve this issue?
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for the access details,
I looked into this on your site now and I find that this is a plugin conflict, with the plugin: "Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce". If this plugin is deactivated, the issue seems resolved in my tests.
For example I tested with the 75cl variation of this product:

which costs 27.95 for B2C and 25.75 for B2B
I see the price correctly both on the product page
and in cart:

I tested and I believe this is working:

Let me know if you see any issues with that,
