Hi, I want to hide categories and the products within from certain customers, I have followed your guide, all products visible is disabled and I go to tools - visibility editor and set to follow category visibility then set which users can see. This successfully blocks products from being seen but the category is still visible, I go back to tools - visibility editor and notice it has auto set itself back to all categories visible to all, no matter what I change it to it always seems to revert and I cannot hide categories even though it allows me to set them within b2bking group category visibility editor. Seems to be a bit of a glitch?
fyi I disabled all plugins and tried changing setting in tools - visibility editor, however it still reverts back to all categories visible to all, and yes I did apple/save the change refreshing.

To make it also hide the category, please try to go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other and enable the "Product Visibility Cache" setting. This sets visibility at a deeper level and may be able to also make it hide the category. It does not always work however, as it depends on the specific element / theme / plugin that is displaying the category.
If that doesn't work, we can usually hide it by adding group-specific CSS. I can assist with this to send you the correct CSS.
I go back to tools - visibility editor and notice it has auto set itself back to all categories visible to all,
This is normal because the options under tools are not settings so they do not get set to a particular value - they are just processes which run once.
When you click on that it, what it does is that it basically goes to each category page and sets these visibility checkboxes:
The tool is just built to help save time in case the site has a large number of categories and it would be difficult to go to each one and set checkboxes individually.
