Through my wordpress dashboard, woocommerce products I can set up all the information needed about a new product e.g product description, pictures, price facebook connection.
When I try and upload a product through a vendor dashboard (I have set up a test vendor so I can practise and learn) I can't seem to do anything other than add the name of the new product and the price.
What do I need to do to ensure other vendors can add a comprehensive amount of information about products so I do not need to be doing it for them through my WooCommerce back of house plugin.
When a vendor goes to add a product on the vendor dashboard, they should see the following options:
As you can see, this includes images, descriptions, categories, etc.
If you are only seeing the title and price fields, it's possible there is an error on your vendor dashboard, preventing the page from loading completely. When we see that kind of problem, it's usually caused by a plugin conflict - unfortunately it's very difficult to say what causes it without checking directly, as each site is different. You may be able to identify where the issue comes from by deactivating all other site plugins.
If you'd like to share a temporary backend login to the site with us, we can check this directly and make sure the plugin is working correctly,
Please forgive my naivety,

I've deactivated some of my plugins and the problem has been resolved.
I've also deleted some of the unused plugins so I can not say for certain which one it conflicted with.
Thank you for your help and quick response
