Bulk Order Catalog loading issues for some B2B customers

    Hello Team,

I've encountered an issue with the Bulk Order catalog that's affecting two distinct B2B customer groups. The problem is that each group can only see half of their catalog unless I manually clear all plugin caches using B2Bking.

Here's how it unfolds: Customer Group A initially sees their full catalog, but when Customer Group B logs in, they can only access half of their catalog. To resolve this, I have to log in as Customer Group B, clear all plugin caches, and refresh the page, after which they see their full catalog. However, this action causes Customer Group A to lose visibility of half their catalog until I log in as them, clear the caches, and refresh, which restores their full catalog. This cycle then repeats for Customer Group B and so on.

I've made several attempts to rectify this issue, including utilizing WP Rocket with User Cache enabled for logged-in WordPress users.

In B2Bking settings, under Other & Advanced Settings, I have "Change My Account URL Structure" toggled on, and "Product Addons/Options Compatibility" is also enabled.

I'm seeking your assistance in resolving this caching issue or identifying the root cause. Currently, customers frequently contact me regarding their inability to view all their B2B products, and I'd like to provide them with a more seamless experience.

Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Yunkin

    Hello Yunkin,

Please let me know the following information about the setup:

    - Are you using the product visibility module to have different products visible for different users? The visibility module refers to the feature here https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/faq-product-visibility-is-not-working-how-to-set-up-product-visibility/ - specifically the "all products visible" switch.

    - Do you have the WPML plugin or another plugin for multiple languages?

    - In B2BKing -> Settings -> Other, is the product visibility cache enabled?

If you are able to share a temporary backend access to the site or a staging site, we can also investigate this issue directly.

    Looking forward to your response,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

We do not have a multiple-language plug-in. We have the product visibility cache enabled now.

I can give you backend access for a staging site. I just made a copy.

How can I give you that access information privately?

    Cheers!
