Hello, I have both B2B King and SalesKing and I am using B2B King to create invoices for customers or send them orders through the 'create a cart' feature. However, I have a question about something. In my store, I have parts that are not on the live site; they exist only on the backend. How can I create an invoice for a customer without these parts being live on the site, so customers can't see them? I still need access to add these parts to an invoice. If possible, could you show me how to do this or guide me on setting something like this up? Thank you.

    Hi Alexander,

It depends a lot on what specific elements you're looking at, what these parts are. Can you help share more details and / or screenshots so we can better understand? Or if you can share an example, that would also be great.

Can it work if you create the order by going to WooCommerce -> Orders -> Add New?

    Looking forward to your response,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

What I sell comes in parts. For instance, a computer in my store represents the entire system, but for bookkeeping purposes on the backend, I have each individual part listed. These individual parts, however, are not published to the store, so customers only see the complete computer.

In this scenario, I want to create a custom invoice using specific parts from the computer that are not visible on the front end of the store. How can I accomplish this? If my explanation is unclear, please feel free to reach out for further clarification.

Thank you for clarifying, I believe I understand,

I do not know of a great solution. I tried searching and found this: https://flexibleinvoices.com/blog/how-to-generate-a-manual-invoice-in-woocommerce-and-wordpress/ - I see that their plugin basically has an option to create manual invoices, so it does not necessarily convert orders to invoices.

Could that help? or are you looking for a way to have this done automatically for each order?

If you need it done automatically, the only way I can think of is perhaps to use the WooCommerce Bundles plugin https://woo.com/products/product-bundles/. The disadvantage of this method is that the customer would see all parts separated in the cart when they'd place an order for a computer.

Other than this, the obvious option is to generate manual invoices in an external invoicing system and then upload them to WooCommerce orders - I believe that's also possible if you're interested in this approach.

How can i send a direct invoice to a customer where they can then pay from that invoice if they so choose

Do you mean for the invoice specifically to include a "Pay for Order" link?

I am not sure if that is possible. If possible, this would be part of the invoice plugin functionality. I would advise to ask the developers of the invoice plugin you're using whether it's possible for the invoice to include a payment link.
