Hello, My website recently started having an issue with the ability to switch from the Customer back to the Sales Agent when a Sales Agent is making a purchase for their account. It was working fine not that long ago, but my team is now saying that they are having issues with it, and when I tested it out on a few accounts, it is not allowing me to go back to the Sales Agent account after accessing the Customer account. Did something get updated recently to cause this?

We have not made any recent changes to this system.
One thing we know can cause issues with going back to the agent account is caching. Do you have any caching plugin or solution on your site?
When you test going back to the agent account and it doesn't work, try to clear all site caches to see if that fixes it.
Generally it is needed to exclude the agent dashboard from caching, but possibly other elements may need to be excluded as well,

Looking further into this, I have realised that a login security change we added recently might be behind this problem.
I just released a new update to the plugin, version 1.6.35.
