Tiered Pricing Rule "overrulde" by manual rule?

I dont know if it´s a Bug or a wantet behaviour:

If i create a tiered pricing rule (dynamic rule) for e.g. a whole category, each product, also each variant gets the given quantities added to their tiered pricing. Let's say the rage is 1, 10, 50, 100

Unfortunately, however, as soon as I enter an additional quantity + price for 200 pieces in the product individually, all the other quantities generated by the dynamic rule are gone.
Is this behavior wanted that way?

Is it possible, to make it work that the plugin accepts both dynamic rule quantities AND the individual ones?

    Hi Julien,

This is an expected behaviour, the plugin considers the tiered pricing on a product page as having a higher priority than the pricing configured through rules, and uses it if available.

Merging the 2 might be confusing in some cases, and there could also be conflicts, e.g. the same quantities having different discounts in the rule and  product, or discounts that do not fit such a smaller discount for larger quantities purchased.

Overall we feel the best approach is to configure it separately on each product, if that product needs to have individual pricing. At the moment unfortunately we do not have any feature to merge the 2.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

okay i can clearly understand you way, too.

Guess it will be a bit more work for me to enter the prices then, but besides that, there isn't any issue with the current Logic.
