    Hi,

    I need your help, we have a hybrid B2C and B2B store. Under the B2B groups we have two options (wholesale and professional). 

    I am using the native WooCommerce coupons under the marketing section. B2C coupons are working fine. 

    However, I can't figure out how to create the coupons for our wholesale and professional groups.

    I tried the steps mentioned on this article but it's not working for me.

    Hi Atul,

    Are you looking to create coupons that are exclusive to your wholesale / professional users?


    All that should be needed is to create a coupon and set it to "b2b" here:

    It would then be usable only by users in your B2B categories.

    That worked, thank you,

    I think it was a problem with case sensitivity, because our plugin was expecting lowercase 'b2c'. 


    I updated B2BKing on your site to solve this (you also no longer need to update the plugin as I mentioned in the other ticket).

    I tested and I believe this is working:

    thank you so much, it's working now! Last question, if I wanted to create different coupons for my two B2B groups, what should I type in the field.

    For example, we want to offer 20% off coupon for professionals and 10% for wholesale.

    If you'd like a coupon to only be available to Wholesale users:

    For a coupon to only be available to Professional users:

    (this is based on the group IDs, those numbers are the respective IDs of each group).


    I want to mention: B2BKing also has a module that allows different coupon values for the same coupon, for different groups. I've turned it on now:

    Here in this example, the same coupon has a $20 discount for Wholesale, $10 for Professional
