These rules are applied at the beginning of each new month, for the previous month.
So in this case the rules will calculate on 1 February, for agent sales during the month of January.
Then on 1 March it will calculate for earnings during February, etc.
If you prefer them to be applied immediately, you can use rules set to "total orders value" - but this will be based on the lifetime total rather than the previous month.
hi there, im setup group rules where: if agents Hit 30,000 sales motnhly, they will cahnge from basic group to premium,
but its wont work for me, please get the attachment given on how im set it up!
