A possibility is that this could be a caching problem: perhaps either the page is getting cached, or some kind of session data is being cached and not allowing the login to proceed.
Another option may be some kind of conflict with a security plugin or the caching plugin,

Hola!, hace un día compre la versión premium del plugin, y habilite la opción de hibrido b2b y b2c
El problema es que si el usuario no esta en el grupo de "b2b users" no inicia sesión a la cuenta desde la pagina mi cuenta.

incluso siendo la cuenta de administrador, el usuario no inicia
al cargar el usuario la pagina solo se recarga y no inicia sesión
en cambio si es una cuenta que pertenece al grupo b2b users, entra sin ningún problema.
la única forma de iniciar una cuenta es mediante el enlace:
