    Hello everyone.
    Once you configure the plugin and access the agents dashboard, you can't see the various individual parts (messages, my clients, etc)

    It redirects me to a non-existent page complete with a warning "This page does not appear to exist."

    The directories have all the appropriate php files in them.
    What can be done?

    To get your key:

    Regarding your question:

    It's possible that the site is using an incompatible setting for permalinks. Please go to your site's backend, to Settings -> Permalinks, and set it to "Post name", then save settings.

    Hi, unfortunately the site was made by a third party and they do not share the required codes with us. 

    However, I was able to fix the problem thanks to your directions.
