I will preface this by saying that the site was made by a third party and we do not have the product key.
The problem is as follows: the commissions are set to 100%, so that we have reported the total profit. But if the agent changes the price of the individual item within the checkout, the earning fee does not equal the order amount. (see photo)
The line where the price equals is because the price was not changed. How can it be set to always equalize?

Hello Annalisa,
I would suggest trying the following:
Go to SalesKing -> Settings -> Commission and disable these 2 settings here:
These set a different commission for when agents edit prices.
Let me know if that can help solve it. It should affect only new orders (changing settings does not affect previous site orders).
