I logged in to the site. If I deactivate part of the snippet we previously added, then the agent mustaqim will see:
This order here also seems to belong to the agent:
I am not sure if this resolve the issue or not. Can you check please?

I tried finding a solution by modifying the code snippet here: https://genetee.com/hideorder/wp-admin/admin.php?page=edit-snippet&id=7
I wasn't able to test it though - I want to login as the agent but wasn't able to add any plugins to the site.

Unfortunately its still blocked when im trying to manage the next deposit payment. 😊
I tried now to test on the staging site but I am not sure I can see the issue.
