    Hello

I plan to build a simple multivendor,

Could you please advise me if the MarketKing Wordpress plugin supports the following features

    -   Vendor selection based on postcode ( location) ( selection can be made at the checkout)
    -   All vendors have access to all the products.

    Many Thanks

    Sam

    Hello Sam,

Thank you for getting in touch,

    -   All vendors have access to all the products.

Each vendor can add and configure their own products. If you have existing site products, all vendors can add those products to their own store.

    -   Vendor selection based on postcode ( location) ( selection can be made at the checkout)

Do you mean to have a customer choose their vendor based on postcode, from multiple vendors selling the same product?

There's no direct feature for this in the plugin I'm afraid - probably some custom code would be needed to achieve something like this,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hello Stephan,

Thank you for your prompt response.

    -   Vendor selection based on postcode ( location) ( selection can be made at the checkout)

I was thinking for an  automatic selection (without end user intervention)
If a user enters a postcode of 3000 for example , then the vendor that is the closest to the 3000 postcode is automatically selected. (geolocation)

Can this feature be achieved with an addon plugin to  the MarketKing WordPress plugin.

    Thanks again for your help, greatly appreciated;

    Sam

I see what you mean. Unfortunately we do not really have a feature for this - I don't think there is an add-on that can do it.

Certainly it could be achievable with custom coding, but we do not do customizations projects directly. If you work with a 3rd party on a customization, we are happy to assist with any technical information necessary / advise on how this could be approached to work well with our plugin.
