Customers are now able to create an account on my website and I would like them to be able to leave reviews after they have purchased products or services.
I checked this on your site now. All settings seem correct so I cannot figure out why the review option does not show,
Normally there should be an option for "enable reviews" when editing each product:
However this seems to be missing. This is a standard WooCommerce feature.
I am thinking that maybe there is another plugin on your site that disables reviews for some reason. I would like to try deactivate all other site plugins, but I do not want to disrupt your site. Do you still have access to any staging site we could use to troubleshoot this?
As far as I know we do not have a staging site as we moved the site from one developers server to another. I contacted woocommerce and think my blocksy theme may be affecting it. I will need to report back to the developer to see if he can understand what is going on. Thanks anyway.
