Hello, a sales representative should not earn commission from the vat amount of the order amount. Product prices have been entered including vat and vat rates have been added.
The "tax is included in the commission calculation" in Salesking > commission settings is off.
Despite these settings, the agent is earning commission on the product price including VAT! What could be the problem?
If that setting is already turned off, it may have to do with the way commission rules are set up. Can you please provide screenshots of all your commission rules, or provide a temporary backend access to the site?
For support, please also provide us with your license key for the plugin, as we need to add that to our database.

I tested this now on the demo site as follows:
Tax set to 20%:
Commission calculated excl tax:
Commission rate 20%:
I add the product to cart:
Then I place the order. I see the commission is $20 (excluding tax, 20%* 100 = 20)
It is not clear how you are testing,
