The menu dropdown, message, notification and account on the header got unlinked(linked to site homepage instead). How do i troubleshoot, or relink the buttons.
When you click on either of those, instead of the dropdowns opening, I understand you're taken to the site homepage instead?
I believe that is a plugin conflict of some kind. I think it is likely there is a JS or another error in the site console if you check for it (via right click -> inspect -> console in your browser). Often we find there are plugins which throw JavaScript errors, and then these errors prevent correct functionality.
I would suggest you try deactivating all other site plugins to see if that resolves it. I believe likely it would solve it, and this way you could then re-enable plugins until you can identify where the issue is coming from.
I'd also be happy to investigate the issue directly on your site if you'd like. For that, I would need a backend login to the site, or to a staging clone site I can work on,

Hello Hector,
Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

Thank you for the access details,
After investigating, I found the problem was related to the Jetpack Boost plugin, as the issue went away when deactivating this plugin.
I looked further into it and I believe I was able to solve it by disabling "Concatenate JS" in Jetpack Boost settings.
This seems to work now in my tests:
Please let me know if you see any further issues,
Kind regards,
Stefan
Thank you! its all good now : )
Glad to hear that's working,
If we can help with anything, please let me know,
