Hope all is well with you. I'm looking for some options and cannot find them in your documentation.
Do you offer options for deposit payments on products?
We would like to collect a small fee for a product to get a service started and then later allow the customer to pay the remaining balance for the same product.
I would think this may require a custom order status. We would like the customer to find the product in their account and complete payment after we provide the initial service.
Our plugin does not really have any features for this unfortunately.
Probably the most basic way to handle it would be to have 2 separate products for "Deposit" and "Rest of service". After providing the initial service, you could create a manual order for the 'rest of' product and send the customer the payment link.
There are also more advanced dedicated "woocommerce deposits" or "woocommerce partial payments" plugins on the market. I'm afraid though that I don't have direct experience with any of these, so I couldn't make a specific recommendation,
