Is possible for an agent to duplicate an order of a customer and assign it to an other customer?

At the moment there is no feature for this. Basically an agent cannot change the customer of an order.
What is the main thing you're looking to achieve? Perhaps we can make an alternative suggestion or point you in the right direction.

My agent need to replicate some cart of their customers also for other customer in an easy way.
Generally the easiest way would be for agents to create a re-usable cart through the cart sharing feature.
Then they could use that cart link with any account / for any customer.
