I am opening a ticket because the dynamic rules do not work. Example: I created a dynamic rule which says: those who are part of the wholesaler group have a minimum order of 10000€. Then I created a dynamic rule which says: customer X who is part of the wholesale group has a minimum order of 100€.
By also modifying the priority rule, the result I find is that the first rule (10000€) defeats the second one.
Can you help me out?
Ps. I also tried disabling all plugins keeping only yours and woocommerce but the problem persists.
In that case it would be necessary to set a higher priority for the 100€ rule.
To clarify, please note that the higher number is the higher priority (2 is considered a higher priority than 1).
So for example you could give the 100€ rule a priority of 10 and give the 10000€ rule a priority of 1.
I believe that should work, but if you run into any issue, I can also check this directly. For that, would it be possible to share a backend login to the site or a staging site? We can try to set this up directly and check what the issue is.
the option you gave me I had already tried, even with higher priority numbers. I also tried it with a local site but it doesn't work. Do you have any alternatives?
Good morning,

Hi Nicola,
In that case it would be necessary to set a higher priority for the 100€ rule.
Kind regards,
Stefan
Hi Stefan,
the option you gave me I had already tried, even with higher priority numbers. I also tried it with a local site but it doesn't work. Do you have any alternatives?
Hi Stefan,
I confirm that the bug has been fixed.
Thank you
