    I would like 

    that when arrive orders to me arrive also to agent

    In woocommerce I would like to add not only [email protected] but also tha agent correlate to customer

    Hi,

    There is a setting for that in SalesKing. It sends a copy of the 'new order' email to the agent of the customer.

    To enable it, please go to SalesKing -> Settings and enable the following:

    Hi,

    This email is normally sent along the "new order" email that is sent to the site admin when a customer places an order.

    For it to work, the customer must place the order via the site frontend. 

    The customer must be assigned to the agent already (on the customer profile page, the agent must be selected).

    Could you confirm these are already set that way?

    This feature applies if the customer is assigned to the agent on the profile page, here:

    Then, when this customer places the order on the frontend, the 'new order' email should also be sent to the agent.

    I am not entirely sure how you are testing this / what scenario you are testing.

    I understand that when this customer (user id 895), places an order, their agent (004015) does not receive the new order email, is that correct?


    I am not sure why that is, but I can check directly if you can share a backend login to this site.


    Can I test by simply logging in as this customer and placing an order via the normal checkout? and the agent would not receive the order email?
