When you activate the tiered prices of product and the quantities of the tiered price are met, it only show one price (obtained), it would be great to show the price obtained as sale price and the previous price as regular price, so that the customer can see that he benefits from the tiered prices.
At the moment we do not really have any way of doing this I'm afraid.
The tiered price was fundamentally built to use the 'regular price' area. I think the main reason for it is because we wanted it to be compatible with other discounts such as discount rules. This way, both can be used.
We will consider possibly adding an option to make it work as a sale price, but currently I do not have a simple way of doing this.

I would suggest maybe to consider using the feature that shows retail price vs. wholesale price: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-display-rrp-recommended-retail-price-to-b2b-users/ . If there is a general regular price, this feature can show the user's current tiered price vs. the regular price.
