Please is it possible for vendor payouts to be done using MTN/Orange Money? It is the most used payment mobile money payment options in my region cameroon.
Or can it be in someway integrated with the Campay payment plugin?
The payouts feature can work with custom methods. However, please note that payouts would have to be done manually (in real life), and then entered into the plugin.
So for example, it would work like this:
- A vendor would accumulate a payout during the month
- You would then check the amount owed in MarketKing, say $500 for the vendor
- Then you would make the payment via MTN / Orange Money (outside of MarketKing)
- Finally, you can then go to MarketKing -> Payouts and enter the payout details: Payout amount, Method, Notes, etc. Then MarketKing will update the amount owed and will email the vendor to let them know they can expect the payment soon.
There would be however no automatic way for them to be paid - a manual component is needed.
