I am not entirely sure what the issue is unfortunately.
It's possible that there is an error during the search, which is why it never loads completely. If so, it could be many things, perhaps a conflict with another plugin.
Would it be possible to share a temporary backend login to the site (or a staging site), so we can check it directly? I would like to look at what happens internally during the search and check for errors there.
The bulk-order form has a non-stop loading bar when searching any item that has variations. Any items that do not have variations load quickly.
How to do I get my products that have variations to populate on the bulk-order form?
I have checked the settings and all the below are enabled.
Search product description
Search each individual variation
Search by SKU
Show accounting subtotals
