It's possible to do that with B2BKing by enabling the plugin's "B2B & B2C hybrid" mode:
This mode is built exactly for this purpose, and it also allows adding B2BKing to an existing B2C site, to add B2B functionality without affecting the experience of existing customers.
When this is used, only users who are set as B2B would see B2B features, prices, conditions, etc.
As admin, you can control that for each user. You can also have separate user registration pages for the 2 user types.
