Generally I believe that you would need a 'unit of measurement' plugin. I think the most important part is that this should be compatible with WCFM, so that each vendor can set this.
My advice would be to ask the WCFM team if they can recommend any plugin for this that would be compatible. If that plugin works with WCFM it should also work with B2BKing,
My understanding is that the unit of measurement is generally a characteristic of the product: in other words product A (E.g. a bag of food) is measured in Kg.
Price tiers only have the role of setting a specific price for a specific quantity.
We view it as a bit outside the scope of B2BKing to make it set the unit of measurement. Even if we were to add this as a feature in the future, it's quite complex and not something I could add now quickly.
What are you trying to accomplish? Do you need to have different units for different products, e.g. product A in KG, but product B in Liters?
Because I don't have too much time to launch the website, and already start to make toturial video about how to add new products. I try to explain how to set up price with current fields.
So, l want to close the ticket for now. In future, I will contact you if still need to improve it.

The price tier feature is belong to B2Bking WCFM addon. So I think maybe you can add it into price tiers?

There are some plugins such as measurement price calculators that can calculate product price based on KG / L / Dimensions etc: https://wordpress.org/plugins/flexible-quantity-measurement-price-calculator-for-woocommerce/ - not sure if that can help.
Neither of the 2 fields show (certificate / unit of measurement)?
I think it would be easiest to get these working / see where the conflict is. Do you know more about why they don't show?
Could you share a backend login to the site? I can check it and try to get those to show.

After I turn off price in the Group Capability of this vendor, The price section looks very good. But the price is not showing on product page.

(1) The regular price field is necessary I'm afraid, so I don't think we can completely disable it.
However, I'm thinking the display problem could be solved by moving "price tiers" to the next line.
I will try to make this kind of change to all the fields align properly.
(2) I will check the Schedule button, probably there is some CSS affecting it.
