There is a major issue where the vendors on the market king premium cannot receive their commission, nor can they cashout the payouts. It only works on the free version. I don't understand why, I have enabled everything.
(2) For this to work, each vendor must have connected their account.
You can check this for a vendor by going to MarketKing -> Payouts -> View Payouts. It should say "connected successfully":
Otherwise, it means the vendor has not yet connected their account.
You may want to DISABLE the setting here in Woo -> Settings -> Payments -> Stripe Connect:
With this enabled, the funds go to the admin if the vendor is not connected. If disabled, it will no longer allow these transactions.
If you'd like, we can also review this and investigate directly on your site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or to a staging clone site we can work on,
In that case, it would help if you can also point me to a specific order / orders that should have been split via Stripe but have not - I can check those to see what happened.
Well I followed that and ran into an issue where I attempted to withdraw the money & it would not let me, this section truly needs a video, as it makes the site useless if your vendors can't withdraw their money & the potential for lawsuits, public issues with vendors is massive, this as a tutorial should always be priority because if the vendors can't pay themselves it puts a level of stress that just can't be imagined. That if you obtain 100s of vendors with differing commission rates based on SAS investment its unmanageable.
And defeats the purpose of this plugin, I honestly love this plugin & want to let the world know but this issues if not solved is ver high & dangerous financial risk for anyone hosting a multi-vendor account & could lead to false accusations that your not paying your vendors.
For the Stripe automatic split payments to work (And for vendors to receive their payments directly), vendors must choose Stripe as their preferred method and must connect their accounts. It would show as here:
If a vendor is connected and an order is made via Stripe, then the Stripe Split gateway will automatically send vendors their share.
Please note that this feature is not currently available for PayPal, it's only available for Stripe orders. For PayPal, manual payouts would have to be sent.
Now another issue is that a vendor has to request their payout & I don't see how I can approve it nor does it make sense, since its supposed to be automated
Well as the website admin I approved of the withdraw I think by pressing save payment & notify vendor, but the vendor account in question yamookday(Test Account) did not receive the money on their stripe, I'm wondering is this processing of stripe payment
Now another issue is that a vendor has to request their payout & I don't see how I can approve it nor does it make sense, since its supposed to be automated
If your vendors are connected to Stripe and you process all orders through Stripe, then there would be no need for withdrawals. However, if you also have other methods such as PayPal, than those orders's commissions would need to be paid manually to vendors.
Whether to use the "withdrawals" module is up to each shop. The module can be deactivated in MarketKing -> Modules.

Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
I understand that you are using the MarketKing Stripe gateway, but your vendors are not receiving commissions as expected?
When using this split gateway, commissions would be paid automatically for each order (rather than later via a withdrawal / cashout process).
If this is not happening, I believe there must be some kind of misconfiguration on your site.
Some things to check:
(1) Please make sure the gateway is fully set up with the Client ID, Live Publishable + Secret keys, as described here:
https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/marketking-stripe-connect-automatic-split-payments-refunds-3d-secure-2-stripe-integration/

Hi again,
Thank you for the invitation that gives backend access to the site - I went to check the site settings now.
I notice that none of your vendors have connected their Stripe account:

To see how a vendor can connect their account, please see the article here https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/marketking-stripe-connect-automatic-split-payments-refunds-3d-secure-2-stripe-integration/ under the heading "How Vendors Can Connect Their Accounts".

Now I see what you mean from the video choose payment method, so are you saying just enter stripe
Well a Problem I run into is that even if I attempt to switch to stripe for my payout on the vendor account it remains as paypal
Now another issue is that a vendor has to request their payout & I don't see how I can approve it nor does it make sense, since its supposed to be automated

See the payment is processed but it never hit the stripe account yet, also why do I have to approve of the money withdraw on my admin portal

Withdrawal requests are not automated: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/vendor-withdrawals/
Such requests have to be paid for manually.
If your vendors are connected to Stripe and you process all orders through Stripe, then there would be no need for withdrawals. However, if you also have other methods such as PayPal, than those orders's commissions would need to be paid manually to vendors.
