Based on what you described, I believe there is likely another plugin or custom code conflicting with SalesKing's pricing code there.
We have seen this kind of issue a few times before and in my experience it has always been related to a conflict of some kind.
I would suggest to try deactivating all other site plugins to see if that solves it.
For clarity: the pricing on the cart page should never go back to the original one when refreshing the page.

I'm having some issues with this plungin. Mainly in the part that you as a Sales Agent can edit Prices on behalf of a Customer in the Cart section.
I have the input to change it, but when I press UPDATE CART, nothing happens, but when I do this as a second try, the price is updated, sometimes.
On the other, hand, if you press F5/Refresh, the price goes back to the original one.
It seems very inconsistent and confusing on how to use this feature.
How can you help me with this?
