My intention is to have two or more main accounts share the same sub-account. However, when I attempt to log into the sub-account from individual main accounts, the system fails to proceed with the login and redirects me back to the main account page instead of logging into the sub-account.
Could you please confirm if it is possible for multiple main accounts to share the same sub-account? If it is possible, I would appreciate guidance on how to properly set this up without encountering the login issues I described.
This is not really possible with the plugin I'm afraid. Normally each subaccount has a single parent account, and only that parent account is allowed to login as the subaccount.
Part of it is that it is a security matter, so we must explicitly check which account is attempting to login as another.
Have you worked on a customization to the code, so that multiple parent accounts can see the same subaccount, or how was that achieved? If so, are you a developer yourself? it is possible to share more about the custom code you are using?
I can check to see whether it's possible for us to add a hook or make changes to allow this.
