"Hero" payment method not available for logged out users

    Hi,

    I am having an issue adding a payment method for logged out users specifically.

    As you will see in attached screenshots, I can add the payment method to B2B user groups, but it does not appear for logged out users.

    Can you help me make this method show up for logged out users ?

    That's quite strange, I am not sure why that happens for the logged out users group, those should all show the same methods.

    We would like to look into this and get it resolved for you.


    Can you please tell me what payment method that is / how it is added? I would like to test with it on my local test site if possible.

    Or is it possible to directly share a backend login to your site, or a staging site that we can check this on?
