My name is Amy from Maxtacs, and I'm reaching out to request the login information for our B2Bking Plugin.
Our previous web developer installed B2BKing for us, but unfortunately, we don't have the login information for the plugin. We're currently collaborating with a marketing agency to rebuild the website, and as part of this process, we need to transfer all the plugins to the new website. Could you please advise on how we can accomplish this? In addition, will there be any additional fees associated with this?

I checked our database now for any references to 'maxtacs' but unfortunately I am not able to find any in our records.
This could be because the developer used an email address unrelated to maxtacs, and then never activated the license key on the site. If so, you would need to contact them and find out what email address they used for the purchase. If you have any email addresses or domains you'd like us to check, please let me know and I'll be happy to look into that,
Another possibility is that the developer may have used an unlicensed version / from an unauthorised reseller. If so, you would need to purchase a license in order to activate the plugin. We strongly recommend to activate the plugin, so it can receive the newest security and compatibility updates.
