Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
It is possible to set existing agents as sub-agents of other agents. This is done via SalesKing -> Settings -> Tools, through the tool here:
It requires entering each agent's user ID (the ID of a user can be obtained by following the info here https://rudrastyh.com/wordpress/get-user-id.html ).
