our client uses the B2BKing dynamic rules to discount variable products for wholesale. they used it for months without any issue but somehow, lately, all the product ID's from one of the dynamic rules was removed without their doing.. is this something you heard before?
I am not aware of anything that would actually remove IDs, but perhaps they are being hidden because of current settings in the rule.
Under the 'applies to' area, try to select 'select products & categories' or 'product or variation IDs', to see if any of those get the IDs to show:
If you do not see the 'product or variation IDs' option, you can try enabling this checkbox in B2BKing -> Settings -> Other:
(this controls whether products are chosen directly from a dropdown, or if their IDs are entered instead in the rule - better for sites with large numbers of products).
