I recently tested the multi-step bulk order form on your live server using the codecanyon demo. Unfortunately, I encountered a bug.
When I check the numbers for this certain product to be in quantities of 3 in the backend, the bulk order form works in a bizarre order, for example I'm using the cream bulk order form and when I try to add the number 12, the form shows 33 instead.
Before making a purchase, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this bug can be fixed.
Hi Dear Stefan, Just as I mentioned before, the form still isn't working. I've tried changing the minimum and maximum steps, and even just adding steps altogether, but unfortunately, the same issue persists.
I'm not sure exactly what's causing the problem, but it's happening nonetheless.
Edit: I just watched the video you sent. I think the issue might be that I have over a hundred product bundles and a similar number of products per order (it may even reach up-to 1k for a product). Because of this, users are typing in their selections instead of using the buttons.
If this is an issue that you are seeing on your live site, it would really depend on the rest of the site. It's quite likely it could be a plugin conflict with another plugin affecting step/min/max quantities, or a conflict with the theme. I'd suggest to try switching to the storefront theme and deactivating all other site plugins to check if it persists.
We would be happy to help troubleshoot this on your site. For that, we would need a backend access to the site. Please keep in mind we would also need a license key with an active support period.
As mentioned, I'm a potential customer. The only issue that's holding me back from purchasing this awesome plugin is the quantity selector in the bulk form. I've just checked these on a demo site, so I'm confident that the issue comes from the plugin itself and not from other plugins/themes.
Thank you for clarifying, I see what you mean now.
The issue is that the form does not allow entering numbers that do not match the step quantity. So if the step quantity is 5, it does not allow entering a 2 there, as that does not meet the requirements.
Therefore if you directly type "2" but the step is "5", it changes it automatically to 5, so it matches the step.
If you wanted to enter "25" directly, it would be needed to enter 5 first, and then add the 2 before it.
Currently this is not something we are looking to remove from the plugin, because we feel it helps enforce the quantities correctly.

Hello Hamed,
Thank you for getting in touch,
That is likely because the product had a "minimum" value of 30 set. If you have a minimum and a step quantity, then both would be applied.
I took a quick video that shows how this works with a step of 3, as well as with a step + min and max requirements. Please see my video here: https://www.loom.com/share/e6e080380d594623a4df78c98a957ec1?sid=23c65a85-53b4-4b7b-8bbe-3077ceb998ad
Let me know if I can help with anything, or if you have any questions,
Kind regards,
Stefan

To get your key:
- If you purchased on KingsPlugins.com - Where is my KingsPlugins license key?
- If you purchased on CodeCanyon (Envato/ThemeForest): Where is my Envato purchase code?
Kind regards,
Stefan
Dear Stefan,

I am not sure how to reproduce that in our demo.
If you can, could you please take a short video where you show your settings and setup in our demo at https://demobk2.wpbay.co ?
In the video, please disable all dynamic rules via Select All -> Disable so there is no interference:
Please also show us how the step /min/max quantities are configured for the product you are testing.
Here's a rundown of the configuration, please note that this issue only happens when you type down the exact numbers
