Regarding conversation/message emails, I think we would like to add this, but this email is quite versatile in B2BKing as it is sent in many different situations. It is not only sent for conversations, but also for example to notify the admin of validation issues, to notify parties of quote requests, as part of B2BKing plugin integrations, etc. it's a general message email.
Because of that, it is a bit difficult to add this without breaking other functionalities. We will look at it for future updates.
