    How can I deactivate automatic license renewal?

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin,


    There's no specific way to do that via the dashboard, but I'd be happy to do that for you from our end.

    Is this for your recent purchase ( Order #59669685-102331030 ) from March 18 ? 


    I went ahead and I paused the subscription from our end, so that it will not be automatically renewed.

    Could we deactivate the renewal for my 2 licenses? I want to do the manual renewal if the project continues with my clients

    Certainly, I can confirm that both licenses have now been paused.

    You will incur no further charges on them and they will not renew automatically.


    If in the future you decide to renew, just let us know and we will resume the subscription,
