And how are your dynamic rules configured? are they set for a specific user? It would help if you can share a dynamic rule screenshot as an example,
Yes, I changed the account to a subaccount via B2BKing -> Settings -> Tools.
This is a screenshot of Dynamic Roles.
Everything works fine; however, when I transfer this user, who also has the role Ensar, as a subaccount of another account, the rules from Dynamic Roles no longer work.

Generally, the issue is the following: By default, B2BKing gives subaccounts the same terms, prices, conditions as their parent account. So when you transfer the user to be the subaccount of another account, this user starts to get the prices of that account. So the dynamic rule should be set to their parent account for it to work.
Or do you in general want to prevent subaccounts from inheriting parent account pricing?
I would like each subaccount to retain its own discounts because each subaccount has different discounts. Could you please help me if this is possible to solve? I plan to purchase the SalesKing plugin. Can I solve this by converting the main accounts into Agents?
