Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
I ran a test registration on your site now to check.
I believe the issue has to do with the following setting in B2BKing -> Settings -> Registration -> Existing users can apply:
This setting, when enabled, registers users as B2C, logging them in as B2C at first (until the B2B status is approved).
Please disable this setting, and then users should not be able to login at all until approved.

Regarding password, I believe the easiest way to address this is to just allow customers to set their own password during registration.
To do that, you can go to WooComemrce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy and DISABLE the checkbox here:
You should then see a password field in the registration form,
