I think you may be able to achieve that with our MarketKing and B2BKing plugins working together. To give you a quick overview:
- B2BKing is our B2B plugin that adds features such as quote requests and offers, minimum orders, wholesale pricing, etc. However it does not have marketplace features by itself (it allows only the site admin to create and sell products).
- MarketKing is our multi-vendor marketplace plugin allowing each seller to manage their own products and orders.
When the plugins are used together, each seller can receive and respond to quote requests for their products directly. Sellers can also send an offer that customers can go ahead and purchase directly.
