The 'My Customers' page on the agent dashboard should show all customers, including newly added customers. I'm referring to the area here:
If this does not show all customers, I wonder whether you may be seeing some kind of caching issue. Please make sure that the agent dashboard is completely excluded from caching. If you have any cache plugin such as WP Rocket, LiteSpeed etc. these would have an option to exclude pages where you can add the dashboard.
Other than that, I'm not quite sure what it could be. We'd be happy to check it directly if you'd like. For that, we would need a backend access to the site or a staging site,
When a new customer gets registered under an agent, it increments and shows the agent that they have a new customer.
However, this customer doesn't appear in the "Customer" tab yet because they haven't ordered. Is there a way to fix this?
