(A) If you disable the B2BKing plugin completely, does the method show up then? If not, there may be some general misconfiguration of that gateway.
(B) If the method does show up with B2BKing inactive:
- Please ensure the method is enabled in B2BKing -> Groups.
- Please ensure your current user, on the user profile page, uses group settings: https://prnt.sc/3WtpmlK65lQM (or if not using group settings, make sure the method is enabled for the user).
- If it still does not show despite this, I would suggest to try going to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other -> Components and activating this switch: https://prnt.sc/A0CAtJh_c-2a - it completely turns off the B2BKing shipping method control code (assuming you do not need to have different shipping methods for different users).
We are also happy to check the issue directly if you'd like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site, so we can troubleshoot this.
Thanks again for speedy reply. My apologies for this ticket. UPS requires you to enable various permissions with the token on their website. As soon as I did that it started showing up. I will definitely keep being a WebWizards customer with such great customer service!
But I do have a new question. Is there anyway with the customer credit option that it can somehow seperate the Product price and still charge the shipping portion to a debit or credit card? is that something that can be developed for a fee? Thanks

I think it can work like this:
1. The customer goes to my account -> company credit and redeems credit as a coupon (essentially transforming the credit into a discount coupon):
2. On the cart / checkout page, the customer applies the coupon. By default, coupons do not normally apply to the shipping value, so what is left is to pay for the shipping, which can be done via a credit card gateway:
Ideally you may want to just have a button such as "You have $xyz in credit. Click to apply it to the order as a coupon", to make this simpler for customers. (And the button would create the coupon + apply it directly).
B2BKing does not currently have a feature for this I'm afraid - we're also not able to do customizations or custom code projects unfortunately. You could try asking a customizations company such as https://codeable.io for a quote. If you work with any developer on something like this, we are happy to assist them with any information needed.
I have UPS enabled everywhere, It says the customer is matching my shipping zone in debug mode but then says it has no shipping options. Any ideas?

Hi Bret,
A few things to check / look at:

(B) If the method does show up with B2BKing inactive:
- Please ensure the method is enabled in B2BKing -> Groups.

Kind regards,

Glad to hear that was resolved!
