Hello, have an issue with the different shipping.

I have set different roles and I have 3 different flat rates that I assigned to different groups.

The different shipping are here seen in the first screenshot.

I set the setting in the Wholesale customer Group to get the shipping only for International Business - Business EU Shipping seen in the second screenshot.

but when i try to checkout i see the Standard EU shipping and the International - Wholesale Shop shipping options which is not what i want (3rd screenshot)

I also tried to set the shipping methods explisit for this user (4th screenshot) and the payment methods words as configured but not the shipping.

Also I configured the logged out user which is not supposed  to see the wholesale shipping methods but he still sees the Wholesale Shop shipping.

I have disabled it for now so it is not visible since it does not work as expected. Please let me know how we can troubleshoot this.

    Hi Matina,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

The settings in your screenshots appear correct and I cannot say based on that what the issue is. Certainly any method that is disabled there should not be available during checkout.

I believe there may be some kind of plugin or code conflict, with something else that interferes with our plugin's functionality.

Would it be possible to share a temporary backend access to the site, or to a staging clone site, so we can look into this? It would be the best way we can troubleshoot and get this resolved for you as soon as possible,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

You are right, my mistake, I am able to access the site now.

I will check this and get back to you here as soon as I've learned more,

I've looked into this now and it seems to be a conflict with the following plugin:

    WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium

When this plugin is disabled, methods appear as expected, as set in B2BKing settings: https://www.loom.com/share/8f7c29cb55ee4294a938506a9b361818?sid=dfc125c9-150b-4636-8422-3ee17d055ec9

I thought it might be a priorities issue and tried to increase the B2BKing priority in the shipping functionality, but this does not solve it either because the other plugin seems to remove the other methods. So it seems this is not something we can fully solve from our end alone.

I believe it probably has to do with a similar function on the other plugin that controls which shipping methods are available. They describe something like it here https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/how-to-restrict-wholesale-customers-to-using-particular-shipping-methods/ , although I cannot find the shipping tab they describe in their article. Perhaps there is another settings area I could not find.

I would recommend to contact their team to ask about how that shipping control function of their plugin can be deactivated.

Actually we installed B2B king so we remove the old plugin (Wholesale Suite) but we were first testing that everything works as expected with your plugin. So when we remove the plugin the error is going to be fixed right?

Yes, I believe that is solved when that plugin is deactivated. I think it's just a conflict between two similar features in the plugins. If you see any further issues, just let me know.

    Hi again,

It is possible to have multiple different dynamic rules / discount rules for the same group.

I believe the issue here is the following checkbox:

    6495182554.png

The 40% rule has the checkbox enabled.

However, the 30% rule does not:

When disabled, this checkbox makes the discount only apply on the cart page. When enabled, it applies the discount directly to the product page.

Please try enabling that for both rules and let me know if you see any further issues with it,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
