I'm afraid MarketKing does not currently support this. This is something we are looking to add as part of an upcoming Geolocation module, but this is not available yet (we expect it later this year).
At the moment probably the closest option would be something like using store categories ( https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/store-categories/ ) to create locations for each city / main location. The customer could then choose specific locations and view the respective vendors that enabled that.
