Customers assigned to an agent stop paying tax.

After further checking we noticed that the capability "salesking_role_none" is added - and this is stopping tax.  

Even if they are removed from the agent the capability remains on the user - and they will not pay tax till it is removed.

We've had to disable sales king and add code to remove this capability.

Brilliant - i've already added code to strip the capability on login.

So with this change to not add it it should all work - thank you - i'll test and let you know.
