I checked the video now. It does look like the seller description area is hidden for some reason, but I am not sure why.  It is possible there is an internal error preventing it from showing,

It would be great if we could check and troubleshoot the issue directly. Would it be possible to share a backend login to the site (or a staging clone site), that we can work on?

We can also check the issue with messaging.

Regarding OrderConvo, their team told us it should work like this on order pages:

This is something that is controlled in their plugin so we do not have that code directly. If it helps, I can try to contact their support myself to clarify.

And can you clarify, do you have the free or pro version of orderconvo?

MarketKing's message function already allows messaging between buyer and seller.

It also allows messaging between seller and admin.
