    I requested a refund and no one has answered. Please refund me, the plugin does not work for me.

    Can I speak to you in private because of the following problem:


    The card I used is for only making payments. It does not receive money because it is a virtual card. I tried updating my banking details under my dashboard but there is no option to update it. Can I send you my card banking details?

    I see what you mean,


    On our end, we do not handle the transactions directly. All transactions / billing / refunds are handled by our partner, Paddle.com which is a software reseller that handles this legal / financial area.
